A Chattanooga family sold their 5 bedroom home and listed everything else, that could not fit into 4 suitcases and 5 backpacks, on Craigslist …… and left Chattanooga for an adventure! The Carisches, a family of 5, plan on traveling the world together as a family. Mom and dad, along with their three children, ages 10, 7, and 5, left Chattanooga in April and have been in Europe for the past 8 months and are currently in North Africa. David Cook has an excellent article in The Times Free Press about the family this morning.
The family is traveling off the beaten path ……. no cruise ships for this family …… and performing 100 targeted volunteer projects around the world.
